Why yes, the Missouri Faser Factory is explained in this 8-K, so it must be true, right? As of late 2011 they claim they were already taking orders and working "AGGRESSIVELY toward delivery." LOL. Talk about side splitting humor!

http://biz.yahoo.com/e/111207/eegc8-k.html

7-Dec-2011 Exceptional progress has been made toward the resolution of infrastructure and proprietary technical issues in the development of the FASER technology over the past six months and the primary FASER power supply is now ready for mass production. The company has accepted initial orders for 1st generation research units and are moving aggressively toward delivery. As part of this expansion and acquisition period, Empire is continuing to develop strategic ties to principal owners of FASER, and will continue capitalization steps for acquisition of licenses for specific applications pertinent to long range plans.

Can someone please explain why this transparent, even insulting, pile of steaming bullcrap is any different from the endless, and endlessly false, promises of funding achieved, rigs on the way, and court cases won?

And for all those pointing (in hindsight, of course) to the recent lows and claiming someone could have actually made money for once in EEGC, it seems very logical to me to point out that anyone buying into this particular lie would have LOST most all their investment.

I did hear that they suffered a recent set back. The entire building fell into a sink hole.
