Anyway that doesn't imply there are currently MIKP suspensions/punishments.
FYI- MIKP trading on the GS is a side effect of a past SEC suspension. It is not a current punishment.
The current GS status is due to no MM quoting MIKP during the 10 day SEC suspension from September 2012. The SEC suspension was a self-terminating 10 day suspension.
The blurbs I posted last week from the FINRA website contained the details of the MM/quoting problem that landed MIKP here.
