Rg. We are just 10 days away from SH meet. It looks to me Mgmt. is more determined to push the merger through. What could they possibly offer for SH to accept this lousy deal?
On the other hand I realize more and more if this BPAX survival shelter fails maybe we will win the battle but 3M shorts will actually win the war. BPAX has not much short term to attract new investors. I think silence of the MB says pretty much all about no win situation for even the most hard core SH.
At this point I believe there is no perfect solution for Company and SH. We just need to decide what way is gonna protect SH interest.
PPS freeze makes me believe that uncertain vote situation benefits shorters the most at this point. With negative outcome of voting they will kill BPAX. Our mgmt screwed up big time by putting us on the ropes like that. JMHO

Presently catching up. Been reading the post but have had little time to post.

I have been re-reading the s-4 and other filings to get a good sense of it all.
