And what about the license fees owed on about every Nokia phone produced since 2006 using IDCC patents? That was long before FRAND was even brought up as an issue in patent negotiations. I am quite sure that we all would LOVE to have FRAND on every Nokia 3g phone sold since 2006. Nokia-watch what you wish for, you just may get it!
