You are asking them to prove a negative which is impossible. It is up to the person claming it exists to prove that it does.

Suggest you write to Awards Chairman of IEEE Asia Pacific Region 10 (Mr. Y. W. Liu, ywliu@ieee.org) as I did. If you do, the correspondence will go something like this:

George XXXXXXXX
XXXXXX XXXXXXXX LLC
50 XXXXX Street
Suite 170
XXXXXXXXX

Y. W. LIU, Award Committee Chair,
IEEE Asia Pacific Region
External Liaison, Executive Committee Member,
IEEE Hong Kong Section

Dear Mr. Liu:

Greetings.

Do you have any record of a YASAR KHAWAR as a past or future recipient of IEEE Award "Best Professional Security Data Product for Asia Pacific Region for 2004" or any other IEEE award?

Thank you very much.

Best wishes,

George XXXXXXXXX

Dear George XXXXXXXX,

Thanks for your mail. Please be informed that IEEE Region 10, Asia Pacific Region never give out any technical award as claim. It should be a kind of fraud.

Regards,

Y W Liu

Following that, contact IEEE headquarters in NYC. Talk to the Office of the President. They'll set you straight.

It has been proved to be a fraud. The IEEE disavows any knowledge of such an award (commenting that it was a fraud)and the forged certificate is obviously so fake on the face of it as to be laughable. Typical poor work, for an ex-felon who thinks all people are as stupid as he is.
