You're right on almost everything...except the dates. :-)

PR that showed up here, dated Feb 5:
Regen BioPharma a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BMSN), announced today filing of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the FDA to initiate clinical trials assessing the company's HemaXellerate I™ stem cell drug in patients with drug-refractory aplastic anemia.

Basically you're out by two days...but that's ok because it just means things should happen two days SOONER...which means Thursday. And THAT would be fabulous! :-)
