That's in correct also there is several studios that closed last may and there is still no one in that space as a matter of fact we used those spaces for pop ups because wal mart could not fill those spaces and they are currently still empty along with The studios they closed two months ago are empty and no activity happening in them.

I am sure they have their list of employees that are on the A list already together. If what you say is true that each location can be closed by Wal-Mart as they see fit then what is going on makes sense to me. That is why there is no pattern to what they are doing. Wal-Mart holds the cards then and the stores that are open only 3 days are the ones with the biggest target on their backs to be closed by Wal-Mart not by CPI. CPI would close those stores in a heart beat if they could. You know CPI knows they could close most of if not all of the 3 day /week studios and help the business of the five and seven day /week studios and bring in more business for them, but the lease says they can't. Sounds like Wal-Mart is milking this one for what it is worth as well hoping to get a good lump sum of cash at the end of the day. They might take the rent money in April and cherry pick which ones they want out to suit there business needs or have a deal with some other national vendor.
