Those studios are probably in rural areas that were closed and don't have tenants yet. It's hard for Wal-Mart to get vendors in those rural areas. I don't know if it is less foot traffic or Wal-Mart has a set price for square footage and therefore only a large corp. could take a hit a hit on losing money there. Sounds like those spaces we have open cost less money just sitting there than actually having a studio operating there. I wonder if they have the electric disconnected there and it is just dark with no equipment there.
