Oh really, and where do you think these wire arounds will operate. Nok's own study by Goodman found that IDCC had 4 essential patents for 3g and many patents have been issued since.

By the time the import ban would be in effect, NOKIA would be manufacturing a new version of the phone, probably under a 'partnership' with some US company, and labelled under their name. or not using IDCC technology!

Maybe they can partner with Campbell's Soup to launch a line of can and string phones to avoid IDCC patents?
