I've been around the block dude. Lol. Seen my share of low life ceo's and Friedman ain't one of them. For starters, the most recent "split" was a forward split in 2010 that ran the stock from 12 cents to $1.11.

Regarding the OTC reported share structure, please take note of the "a/o date." I will go with the numbers I posted, but wish you all the best in your search for the truth.
