Big difference in the OS. Is Mr. Freeman important enough position in the company he should know this information? He seems to be a bit vague and low on his numbers.

So we still don't know the numbers do we, so on the OTC markets at the bottom right they have the Transfer agent listed. click on it and up pops their contact information.

What many if not all of you know about OTC markets .com is this they are an information site that charges companies about $3000 dollars a year to put their own information that they report to OTC markets. So the information is coming in part from the company. Here's how they get companies to pay the $3000 min. They put nasty little stop signs and warning on the companies that don't pay this fee.Doesn't mean they are bad companies but to the unsuspecting it sure gives that impression. Too bad they don't share that piece of information with investors. the OTCmarket is scamming the companies that are scamming the investors. A company would be better served to simply send their current information to Yahoo finance and they will update it for FREE amazing concept. You'd think companies would figure that out.

So if you want to know the numbers the accurate share structure numbers the only place to go is the transfer agent they are the only neutral party in the stock market. They are the only one to trust. I fired off an email to them when I get a reply back I will post it here. I suspect it will say they aren't giving out the info contact the company. That is red flag for dilution that should never ever be ignored.
