I agree with your entire position, it is truly unfortunate how much manipulation there is in the market. It is certainly that must be considered when investing in any stock.

As someone who has been burned MULTIPLE times, I would be careful here. It's fun to watch it recover but it burns when the carpet gets pulled.

Thank you for your posts. It's refreshing to read the point of view of an actual investor. Most of the pulse on this stock is coming from speculators, pumpers and the short seller attack participants.

I find it interesting that Seeking Alpha published not one single word on GNIN until several hours after the 24% dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of that day. Of course, this dividend declaration honked off a lot of Feb 14, 15 and early Feb 19 entrants who bought before they learned of the substantial dividend they wouldn't receive. Of course, many made substantial profits when they quickly sold and this started the bleeding. This was also the catalyst needed for release of the short seller attack and smear campaign that was waiting in the wings. The people behind the short seller attack seemingly needed the stock to fall to 20¢.

Their Form 8k on 2/27/2013 has convinced me. I'm thinking of taking a chance and buy big time( enough that will not cause me pain if I lose it all). BTW, I do own shares of Facebook in the $19+, and I agree with what you said about Facebook. That's why I waited for the dump of Facebook shares and got in at average of $19+. Averaging down does work if you know and understand company's future growth potential.

Sigh, you obviously have a lot to learn about the OTCBB market and how fluff PRs are carefully worded to entice the gullible into buying and holding into the hype.

Ask yourself this: If this company was going to sell enough product to justify it's lofty market-cap, then why did the owners of millions of cheap shares pay a promotional company $35,000 PER WEEK to promote this company to investors including employing boiler room tactics (If you haven't seen the movie "Boiler Room" I highly encourage you do right away) of cold calling investors at home and at work. If that doesn't smack of serious desperation to generate trading volume I don't what is!

Really now, who cares what the market cap the writer said the company was at. Do you really think someone said, "Oh no, I can't invest in the this company because of the stated marketcap!" LMAO! I love how you totally IGNORE the plethora of other red flags in the article and pounce on some minutia (akin to a typo) that really has nothing to do with the main message and warnings of the article. Your attempt to deflect readers from the real issues is quite lame. I'm feeling more sorry for you with each post you make.

But I have hope. Would you care to counter the many red flags listed in the article or the next article I'm posting? Go ahead. Surprise me.

Great Post.. Being a fairly new investor it's good to see that there are honest and fair investors out there that aren't just looking to persuade people one way or another.

I have been watching this board since I bought into gnin at 1.40. After seeing an article supposedly confirming this is a pump and dump I got out at 3.12 because I knew people would dump this after that article. This goes to show you how much influence these articles that are published have. Had that one article not been published gnin may have hit that 5+ target. Its pretty easy these days to create a wordpress site and publish so called news.

I'm back in at .83 and waiting to see what happens.
