I did, and I'm now in the green because of it.

My original average was $2.50 buying between $1.15 - $3.10.

I then purchased four times my initial position starting at 42 cents and continuing up to $1.10 because there was no material change besides the dividend, I could buy with confidence according to my investing model.

This second batch is averaged at $0.75.

Total average is at $1.10.

That's called averaging down.

And most people don't understand, you only average down when there is no material change in events or there still remains considerable discounted upside.

I am probably already talking beyond what most people are doing here when they are investing in companies. I usually angel invest for this very reason... no non-sense.

It bothers me that no one takes a stand to misleading information posted all over these boards and this market. I report pumpers, bashers, posters, authors, firms... anyone that breaks a rule I report.

I want to see a fair market. I'm tired of everyone breaking the rules and getting away with it.

There are real investors out there that play by the rules meanwhile others are out there pumping or bashing on misleading information. I hate that and I'm doing my part to make sure the people that do it see the consequences of their careless actions.

I respect shorters who state facts.

I respect promoters who state facts.

I do not respect people whose only aim is to influence the price to their advantage no matter the method. I won't stand for it and I hope more people get on board with helping create a fair and equal market.

If there wasn't so much noise, more companies would trade at their proper values much quicker.

Companies with a real shot would actually get investment dollars instead of being mindlessly abused and accused of being a start-up.

It's like if Facebook was a OTCBB company before it starting placing ads on its site and making revenue - overly negative articles like Seeking Alpha and the general "basher" phenomenon would have destroyed all investor faith in that company before it even had a chance to get off the ground.

And that's something that really should make people think twice about destroying a company's image for their own personal profit.
