What I think we'll get ('cause it only makes the most sense) is an audited 2011 filing, which will be great in one sense, but it won't be the 'flagpole development'.
We know that it'll take KMAG two yrs of audited filings to get (MM) sponsored, so it only makes sense that the first/next filing would be the 2011. Of course/unfortunately, it's the easier of the two (yrs), since 2011 was not the financial breakout year for KMAG.
When we get a 2012 audited report/10K, then we know KMAG is fully equipped to get sponsored again, and then...game on.
