first year audits are tougher due to the basics you need to do with them. once you get to the numbers part it is very similar.

I'm thinking audited financials are taking a bit longer than normal due to KMAG's global foot print in business, but they are getting done. IMO, the selection of a MM does not hinge on the having audit financials any longer. With all the volume last week, next week could be interesting to say the least.
