Snug, believe me I'm the last person who would feel sorry for Mr. H. But as we all have seen and heard, VV left the company in a mess. The recorded interview of VV done by DOS at the NJ offiice shows that VV was clueless, and rambling . I am at a loss as why any of the BOD would fight to take control of a company that lost its rudder long ago. Time will tell.
