#40684 RE: Brigham Youngster #40681

SUSA - I saw the suspension yesterday. And barely 1 month removed from that hard copy mailer paid promotion.

Nice to see the SEC move so quickly. I know SUSA was set up with some very dirty debt Notes from Whalehaven Capital Fund Limited (Michael Finkelstein and Vadim Mats), Alpha Capital Anstalt (Plumbing Bawag and Konrad Ackeman), Adventure Ventures LLC (Ari Kluger), and DPIT 5, Inc (Samuel Del Presto).

Pretty much all of those debt Note holders can be linked to previous pump&dump schemes and paid promotions.

Link to Sam Del Presto tickers:

SUSA had converted $595,000 in Notes into stock ($495,000 at $.15/share and $100,000 at $.20/share).

There was also lots of debt converted into shares at $.04/share prior to that.

Seems obvious who was looking to dump shares during the paid promotion.

SUSA had some interesting links to MSEH and GRPH and Stock Castle

I did a little research on it back right before the promotion started

Chris Carey did an even more in depth report on January 29, 2013

Was great to see the SEC act so quickly.
