Check this out, it is a list for VOIS of how many shares were traded of VOIS by each market maker. First thing you will notice on this list is that VFIN traded 12 million shares of VOIS this year. So it is clear he didnt just show up as somebody posted, he is one the VOIS market makers.He has been here all along the run up higher. Second we see Nite traded most of the shares here not VFIN. Third we all see the stock is trading great and we have the same exact market makers as always. Aren't facts lovely.

I can see him, on level II ASK @ .0072 , The MM is a known diluter. You can do a google search on it and make your own judgement.
