Hard to be caught in a "Lie" when you have little to no output to the public. But Island I agree ...we must stay on the side of integrity and the law.

This Company has to have a good look at their structure and who is responsible for what...most Companies have a policy paper, most have bylaws of some kind for direction for their staff, conflict of interest guidelines, this Company is without any of that it appears, It was quite apparent at the AGM as per some reviews. If I was a new Director Elect I would want to know what my duties are within the Company Structure but that may be hard as I don't believe there are any....at least our CAO hasn't shared that with anyone in his 20+ years in that position.

Has Bruce Olivier been kept on in the public relations portfolio …

We have a Web Site that could be used by the company to share some of that information with its shareholder and potential shareholders.

Here we go again with Barrick, Barrick, Barrick! Who cares what they will tell their shareholders????? DONT YOU THINK the focus should be on if JL really owns CLEAN TITLE why isn't/hasn't there been ANYTHING happening with MSX? Remember ONCE AGAIN if JL really has clean title....HE OWNS IT...PERIOD. No court case means anything as far as ownership goes. He could start digging tomorrow....problem is there is STILL an embargo on that property and NO ONE is allowed on it....thats a fact.
