The mar 2012 lawsuit scared away attornies in texas. That was stated by someone here. That referral network is necessary for revenue. florida is not as vulnerable because they arent doing pdd cases in fl. Pdd is what insurance companies hate. The snrb is pretty widely accepted as standard medical practice.

kezzek- Fully agree with your first line. But I don't know what that has to do with SPIN or its Business Model. Are you saying that SPIN has ever been accused of over-billing let alone admitting to over-billing? You do know that the same procedure that SPIN affiliates Bill at $5500, are usually billed by hospitals around $8000.

SPIN affiliates bill as per CPT code. Which is the approved standard by the AMA for these procedures.

Re the Halo, you are right. It will directly be a small but significant direct revenue source to SPIN, but it will be a major contributor to affiliates adding new more lucrative cases.
