josh it was stated that only 4 other company's survived the SEC onslaught or made it back to otcbb land. I think the fine was light! How ever trying to convince other mm to file a form 211 with out able to give the whole picture to the mm because of a binding Disclosure agreement may be the problem that we sit on PINKS today. I think if there are any contracts out there from the U.S. Govt it will not be long till that is Discovered or is allowed to talk about it by Mr. Moses once the gray clouds are lifted the mm will run to file a 211 in my opinion.
