The whole SEC thing did seem to be minimized or at best abandoned with a little saving of face punishment... does anyone else have some history on the actions of the SEC in past situations... ?,... I read that very few Co's even trade let alone recover after a suspension like that... it seems as if IBCL did have something to offer.. but they were'nt supposed to tell the world..'n then a cover up began... with a slap on the hand ... not sure though...?
