Now, when they come out with licensing agreements in these states, THAT will be news. They were just reiterating what we all knew. They are working on expanding to new states.
I am not knocking the PR, but I do agree that some folks are getting a little ahead of themselves.
Don't much care about what it will do to the PPS but I completely disagree about it being 90% fluff...while the information in the PR might not be new to you and I, it will be shocking to someone not involved with the MJ and MMJ markets.
There is a enormous amount of recent activity with the states and the future numbers of both income generation and job growth is almost unbelievable.
This is a wake-up call for those that are in a position of social or entrepreneurial leadership.
I disagree. This was in regards to bad Press Releases stating that the federal government can sue states like Washington and Colorado for legalizing Marijuana for recreational use while it is still a federal offense.
The Attorney Generals message can be viewed in different ways, as a supporter or protester on the prohibition.
This PR was to help instill shareholder confidence that the Federal Government wont do that. I hope they dont, but with Jared Polis (D-CO) and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) report, it shows that state congressmen are fighting to allow states to legeslate their own Marijuana laws.
