When I say good point, I mean it is at least a sound speculation and is based off more than a random blog post. I do have to say that it could signal something considering it is the lowest it has been since February 4th, when we had 23.33%. Remember when the IND news came out? February 5th. However, I'm still banking on next week, but I'd be more than happy to see today :)
