How are they going to "acquire" an operating company when the fins (filed) are showing they are way down deep in a hole with a lot of debts and losses? Or why would an operating company would like to merge with a company that would only provide debts and losses...?
Either way it doesn't make sense to me, IMO. Only if this Decicco comes up with $ XXXX millions and say, here guys, we're ready to roll...!!! so far, no indication whatsoever.
And if their sole intention is to either acquire or merge with an operating company, what's the reason to have that "empty wharehouse"..? if still rented or lease...??
