Thanks for sharing. That has been my take as well. With SOX and all the other regulatory burdens, why would you want the added expense and headaches of being a public co if you didn't have to? Eventually there will be no other choice if you find an elephant(s) for sale.

Was on the bid today at .15 but came up empty. Will keep trying. Have my doubts though as only fools would sell quantity at that price.
