I understand the frustration however, I don't feel it should be a quantifiable element of time. Rather, it should occur when the timing is right. The BOD will have all the pertinent information to make what we hope to be the correct decision at the appropriate time. Definitely not in the best interest of shareholders for me (or any other outsider) to make that call!

Many of us would not be shareholders if we did not already have a high degree of faith/trust in management and their decision making capabilities. If you agree, view this "private" period as an opportunity to accumulate shares.
