Thankyou for your comments vangorilla and I agree regarding your comments about being over pessimistic. However I cannot agree that the "market" now views the company as having a value of <$100m. It would be more accurate to say that a small % of the holders of APDN stock have decided to sell helping to drive the PPS down. The "market" as I see it are the large / main holders of APDN stock and I'm sure that they still hold the view that the company is worth more than the current PPS or else they would be selling huge huge chunks of this stock. Just a small consideration.
