Large holders can't sell in large chunks, they are stuck now, if anyone unloads large 3M-5M position it will push PPS down to sub 10cents right away...market liquidity on this stock is very thin, which is another reason not to accumulate a large position in this stock as selling it will be tricky, your only option is to hold and try to sell gradually or hope that high volume day is coming soon...or maybe large holders indeed dedicated to holding, I don't know..my point is even if they didn't, at this point they don't have much choice
