He is not a business man and never was. Contrary to our resident compensated awareness poster's unfounded opinion, it is quite easy to sign multiple junk deals with vulture financiers.

There are scam companies who run themselves better and are more shareholder friendly.

That's the part that irritates me the most. They have shown a complete disregard for their shareholders. A couple of years ago I was trying to explain to Rainer the importance of promoting MWWC back when the share price was in the pennies. He said no each time I brought it up with the excuse that they would promote the company when it was time.

Well, his definition of "time" seems to be when everything is already screwed up, and MWWC has reached the point of no return. Because that's when the paid promotors, company tours, misleading information, and vague PRs started coming out.

The only explanation I can come up with is that they honestly thought they would turn it around before it got to this point. However, knowing what I know now, I don't see any way that they could have realistically expected that.
