Rainer could have been more creative in finding financing. He could have done better...he got lazy because he doesn't not give 2 sh*ts about shareholders. If this company is truly on the upswing, I would have been able to find some equity financing...he got lazy because he doesn't care about the shareholders. His theory was to bleed us dry and then do something creative...like give himself a bunch of shares after the 5th reverse split. There are scam companies who run themselves better and are more shareholder friendly.
