I think you got a pretty good read on it actually...Except that the mutual fund and other investment companies probably bought into to overpower the shareholders and ENSURE that the reverse split goes through.

BTW...does voting down the r/s make a rise in pps likely? Sorry, I don't know that already myself. Also, how long is it ballpark between the vote on the reverse split and an actual r/s? Thanks very much, just trying to figure out what we're dealing with here.
