Dont mind me buttin in here but we were going gangbusters untill , word , of the RS came to light.. sooooo who knows If it gets voted down , im thinking heck yeah... nothing is ever for sure in the stock market specially at these prices

yes, be sure to vote NO on both the RS and the increase in AH shares.

If it is defeated I am quite sure a huge weight will be lifted off the stock, if it is voted in I'd sell the day the vote passed and no longer pay attention to CERP at all, RS are NEVER any good for retail investors..
