Nor did I say it was unmanned, (the Military version). Nor do I know if it is a free flying, or, tethered flight.

I was mainly referring to the lack of regulation of USA airspace at the altitudes indicated for Stratellite performance, and, would a successful military usage speed up the process of getting the regs in place?

Or do we end up going overseas with the first commercial Stratellite?

If that is true, then don't expect the flight test to go above 10,000 feet.

We are in Edwards Military Base anything goes. Manned,unmmaned. I am sure it will be a full blown out fleight with communications and everything. 65,000ft. Radar dection or not everything will be tested. Why invite anyone of importance to see a demo?
