Why do you keep posting that MP is getting rid of his LOCH shares? All LOCH shares were retired two years ago. Loch Harris was offically dissolved March 26, 2004.

MP has only CDEx shares. I can hardly believe that selling his CDEx shares will create any further separation between CDEx and LOCH.

That idea is old hat IMO.

d4diddy, yes, that is the total amount of shares authorized. But they are different classes of shares, and Class A shares are only 33,500,000 authorized. Yet, there are 33,973,971 shares outstanding, that is 473,971 shares above what is authorized.
