Is the difference of 473,971 Class B shares?

Where is CDEx going to get another $1 million worth of Class A shares should Baxa decide to exercise their option?

Will CDEx sell them Class B shares as a good faith move?

Sell them shares already in the float? Maybe some LLC shares?

Authorize more treasury shares?

There's only so many options.
