The patents to come will last for 20 years from first filing and I ain't seen ANY first filings! They are coming, I do believe, at least they have been disclosed as in process.

This is NOT a one patent wonder.

Good points. However, as a team comes together and many difficulties have been overcome there sometimes comes a point where everything starts working smoothly. I think that's where we are now. I think the major problems have been overcome and I expect things to move faster. From now on we may stop being surprised by how long things are taking and start being surprised by how fast they are moving.

And every year of delay is one less year of useful life for the existing patents.

Do you ever pause to verify anything before you just throw it out into the wind?
