And in most cases, restricted shares are 1 year shares.

This deal is not as fantastic as you are trying to insinuate... in fact, it raises many other concerns, like why AS and PP are backing off their "commitment" to the company and shareholders... I've asked multiple times, yet you refuse to comment on this. Months ago you and others were claiming big things in regard to all the millions they were supposedly going to bring into the company, remember?
