Somewhere I read where the "D" is 30 days only...to notify traders of a recent R/S. So we want to keep an eye on this for the day everything is back up and running. It is important that owners of this stock are available watching this stock after start up again....just in case to minimize losses.
And once past the R/S try not to mention it. If some asks...tell them the truth but then basically talk trading weather of the day on this board and let this fade.
D comes off 20 business days from time of placement, but I've seen certs not land in the hands of Brokers for 90 days...all depends what MHYS has planned and when they want to initiate their plans
