This is not a new thing!

Milestone payments are a common practice with Biotech and big pharma companies... I'm sure the language used is boiler plate in many respects. I think it is a slam dunk case for ILNS. This is just a stall tactic being employed by PFE as well as the Europe patent dispute... they want time and money to take it's toll on ILNS so that they can confiscate their patent portfolio for pennies on the dollar. Don't forget; PFE, J&J and others sunk mega dollars into bapinuzemab... they KNOW these molecule therapies are the holy grail to AD cure!!!! GO DR. CHAIN!!! Keep up the good fight. Folks, buy this thing for a penny and a half!!! I think this technology will challenge the impact even his father Ernst Chain had with penicilin! JMHO
