"Because the total purchase price for A123's assets would be less than the total amount owed to creditors, the Company does not anticipate any recoveries for its current shareholders and believes its stock to have no value."

You can turn it anyway you like, the fact is the company states it believes the stock is worthless as they have sold all of their assets.

Face it, it is over. Stock will go dark as stated. Don't try to fool people into buying to benefit yourself.....
