Seth Shaw has chosen to settle with ITL. This is commendable, and for this I wish to issue him an apology and to thank him for coming to the table. This may not excuse the accusations I and others have made, but my apology stands.

ITL will not file for bankruptcy. It will likely find further funding to carry out its Thailand trial. There are already several interested parties.

Mr. Shaw has filed a K-8 outlining the settlement details without admitting any wrongdoing. This is fine by me and I thank him.

My hope is that he holds on to the ITL shares - If the trial in Thailand is successful, then the ITL shares will become valuable. Those that don't believe this is true have the option of selling their IMUN shares. I'm holding on to mine.

I only want myself and the other IMUN shareholders to have a fair shake. Right now, Mr. Shaw is giving us one.
