so are you saying that issuing false and misleading financials is better than not issuing financials?

MDBX attempts to act like a normal company, but what comes out is more like that of a scam company than a normal company.

Yes, but I think his argument is that since MDBX isn't registered he's doing the market a favor by giving out any balance sheet info at all, even if it's wildly misleading info :)
