When a product or service is provided it should produce wealth that can be distributed to the company and employees.

Why do you think a guy can throw a baseball and make $10 Million a year?
Because the market is willing to pay his employers $30 Million a year.
More, of course, the employer owns a franchise that accumulates value; clothing, merchandise, TV, advertizing...etc.
