Only if you have been doing that before the age of 65 and are not TRULY disabled. Anyone taking taxpayer money who COULD hold a job if they really wanted to and really tried, in my book, is a scumbag TAKER, and they are dragging the country down the sewer. The sad part is, the gov't has systematically pushed them in that direction, by making it easier and easier and more and more tempting to just TAKE THE MONEY and sit on their asses, and they have no idea what's happening.
