is what I read into this Royal. Looks like Rosen wrote this in part to negate all claims and this doc is a means to finalize our equity shares into oblivion. imo

so that was a long doc. Im also curious if that portion on page 40 was refering to a request to forgo obligations to class 19...

it was a little confusing...mostly because im not a law professional.
