I had been hoping you would put together something like this, but didn't want to ask (impose).

After I heard about Nokia's opening statement saying something to the effect of IDCC evolving their patents / claims over many years (badgering Nokia), I was appalled.

I am disappointed that IDCC lawyers have not, to my knowledge, challenged the claim with the real (scorched earth) story.

Please IDCC / Legal Team - Incorporate Loop's clear message(s) in your arguments. I'd even be satisfied if you just read the messages verbatim.
