Well you must have done you homework and you sure sound knowledgable...

As per your own reply those "significant failures to deliver" (on shorts) are 13 days old and counting. Looking at the one day spike on said 13th day I'd say it was over 100mil. I didn't bother to count them because it didn't take a whole lot of dd to figure that out. Like I said best wishes...
