It will be interesting to see if the Dallas Morning News "reporter" has anything to write when we get a positive update from SRGE.

So you want the reporter from Dallas News reprimanded - interesting!

Has that Dallas Morning News reporter been reprimanded yet for his one-sided "reporting" about SRGE?

Let's look at the story and see where there is anything to be reprimanded for.

Southridge doesn't have a headquarters office in Dallas, as it claims.

It doesn't have a Mexico office, either. The “fifth floor” of the suburban Guadalajara building where it is supposed to be doesn't exist, a reporter from The Dallas Morning News discovered when he went there Thursday. A person who worked in the building said he had never heard of the company.

Let's see the reporter went to the Dallas office building and verified SRGE didn't have a office at the building - pretty weird, as it is listed in the annual report and on their website - they even state they are paying $16k a year fro the lease. The Dallas News sent two reporters to mexico to investigate the story - and you guessed it there wasn't a SRGE office!

The reporter tried to contact SRGE via phone calls and emails but he didn't get a response.

The building/tenant manager was interviewed for the story:

It sure didn’t make sense earlier this week to Linda Coker, the tenant relations manager at 3625 N. Hall St., the Oak Lawn office building with the supposed headquarters — Suite 900 — of Southridge and its mining subsidiary, Southridge Minerals.

“Three federal agents were here this morning asking the same questions you are,” she told a reporter.

She said Southridge doesn't lease space in the building. Later, after searching records, she indicated that at one time, years ago, Southridge might have been serviced by a temporary or virtual office operation that had space in the building.

He also interviewed Antonio Neri Johnston who did the original story, he stated,

“We were fed a story, and many of us ran with it,” he said. The photographs “were archived photos of past dead bodies recovered.”

SRGE is the one who was suspended for issuing fraudulent press releases. The Dallas News just made the public aware of the scam.

Why wouldn't SRGE respond to defend itself if it were innocent?

Why is there no evidence to verify Davies actually exists?

It is amazing that anyone could still have faith in SRGE when there has not been any evidence to suggest they are a real company.

No.

And they won't be "reprimanded" for doing their job.

I do...however...hope the perpetrators of the SRGE scam are caught and "reprimanded" for stealing millions of dollars from shareholders. Soon.
