Bernija1 just so you know, the FBI do investigate stock fraud on pink sheet companies. Why am I so sure? I gave a statement to that company's private investigator (along with several others) in relation to another company I was invested in which was passed on to the FBI.
In this particular case, the company took the ihub moderator to court and worked closely with the SEC as well for over a year. He no longer posts on the board!
